Vayables Guarantee

You may return any unopened item purchased from Vayables within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the unopened items in the original form of payment.  Before shipping your returns, you must email or call us at 1-877-700-6384 to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Vayables reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect and/or damaged, email or call us at 1-877-700-6384 and we will ship your replacement order free of charge.
